Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Critical Calm. If your booklet is not what you expected, or you do not feel it is useful for your family, we offer a 30-day “love it or we’ll refund you” guarantee.

This policy applies to purchases made through criticalcalm.com.au.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with your Critical Calm booklet, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order.

You do not need to return the booklet to us for this satisfaction guarantee. We may ask for your order details and, if you are willing, a little feedback about what did not work for you so we can improve.

To request a refund, email us at contact@criticalcalm.com.au with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

This satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household, unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Outside our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs

For orders that qualify under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the amount paid for the product.

If you paid for optional upgraded or express shipping, that shipping cost may not be refundable unless required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
